Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of EasyAI services operated by WINWAY INNOVATION TECH LIMITED. You must also follow the rules of the upstream model providers used by your requests.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

Do not attempt to bypass account, payment, model, content-safety, rate-limit, or geographic controls. Do not probe or disrupt infrastructure that you do not own or have permission to test.

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, generated output, and automated actions initiated through your keys. Review generated output before publishing or using it in consequential decisions.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe use creates legal, security, payment, or platform risk. Serious abuse may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where required.
