Refund Policy
Effective August 25, 2026. Top-ups are generally non-refundable; exceptional cases are reviewed.
1. Prepaid balance
EasyAI is a prepaid service: you top up a balance and usage is deducted as it happens. Unused balance does not expire.
2. Withdrawal of unused balance
Top-ups are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or affected by a clear processing error, contact support with the transaction details for review.
3. Refunds for faulty usage
If a request appears to have been charged incorrectly, report it from the console billing page with the request ID. We will review the gateway and upstream logs; any adjustment is handled at our discretion under the billing records.
4. Account closure
Closing your account does not automatically create a refund. Any exceptional review is handled under this policy and the applicable payment provider rules.
