EasyAI is operated by WINWAY INNOVATION TECH LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. This policy explains how we handle information used to operate the account, billing, support, and API gateway.

We may collect account details such as email, username, authentication records, API key metadata, billing records, support messages, and technical usage metadata such as model name, token counts, timestamps, latency, and error information.

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, calculate usage, process Creem payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use user requests or responses to train or fine-tune models. Requests may be transmitted to the upstream model provider selected by the gateway, and that provider's own privacy and retention terms may also apply.

We retain account, billing, and usage records for as long as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request access or deletion of personal information through the official support channel; some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Payments are planned to use Creem. Payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as raw card information by EasyAI. We may use infrastructure, analytics, email, and upstream model providers needed to operate the service.
