Billing Terms

EasyAI is a prepaid service operated by WINWAY INNOVATION TECH LIMITED. There is no minimum top-up. Available balance does not expire, but an account may still be restricted for security, legal, or policy reasons.

Text-model usage may be measured by input, output, and cached tokens. Image, video, and other models may be billed per generation or according to the live billing expression shown by the service. The account usage log and current pricing data are the primary billing records.

Public pages show the default-group reference price. Your signed-in account may use a different group multiplier. Prices and model availability may change as upstream providers change their services; current console pricing applies to new usage.

Creem is the planned payment processor. A payment is credited only after the processor and EasyAI confirm it. Payment-provider exchange rates, taxes, fees, disputes, and verification requirements may apply.

Top-ups are generally non-refundable. Review the Refund Policy before paying. Send duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly recorded payment reports to market@easyairoute.com with the transaction reference.
