User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of EasyAI, operated by WINWAY INNOVATION TECH LIMITED in Hong Kong. By creating an account, using the console, or calling the API, you agree to this agreement.

EasyAI provides an OpenAI-compatible gateway to models made available through the New API service. Model availability, pricing, limits, upstream behavior, and generated output may change. You are responsible for checking the live catalog before production use.

Keep your login details and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity made through your account or keys and must promptly revoke any exposed key. Do not place API keys in public client-side code or repositories.

The service is prepaid and usage is deducted according to the rates shown in the console or marketing site. There is no minimum top-up and unused balance does not expire. Top-ups are generally non-refundable; see the Refund Policy for limited review cases.

You must comply with applicable law and upstream provider policies. Do not use EasyAI for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass model or platform safeguards.

EasyAI is provided on a best-effort basis. Unless a separate written SLA applies, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response time, model access, or a particular output. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
