Terms of Service

By creating an EasyAI account or calling the API, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to them.

EasyAI provides a gateway that forwards your requests to third-party model providers and meters the resulting usage. We do not train models on your request content, and we do not guarantee a particular provider's output quality, latency, or availability.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all usage billed under your account. Notify us immediately if a key is exposed; rotate keys from the console at any time.

The service is prepaid: you add balance and usage is deducted per token or per generated media item at the rates shown on the pricing page. Rates may change with notice; balance already purchased is not devalued by rate changes.

You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law or provider policies, to circumvent provider rate limits, or to resell raw access without a reseller agreement.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Our aggregate liability is limited to the balance held in your account at the time a claim arises. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; see the Refund Policy for balance withdrawal terms.
